As of Monday (July 8), the bronze medalist goes to the <strong>new far-right sovereignist formation Patriots for Europe<\/strong> with its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eunews.it\/en\/2024\/07\/08\/the-patriots-for-europe-group-springs-up-in-the-eu-parliament-it-is-the-third-largest-the-league-is-also-a-part\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">current 84 members<\/a>, six more than the conservative right and seven more\u00a0than the liberals. &#8220;Together, we will work for a more prosperous and secure Europe that delivers for its citizens,&#8221; reads\u00a0yesterday&#8217;s (July 9)\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/RenewEurope\/status\/1810697400551444959\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">post<\/a> on Renew Europe group&#8217;s X page to welcome Irish independent <strong>Ciaran Mullooly<\/strong> after he accepted the request of his new European family, the European Democratic Party. With the entry of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eunews.it\/en\/2024\/06\/20\/renew-europe-ecr-european-parliament\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a new Belgian member of Les Engag\u00e9s,<\/a> the counter-overtake seemed to have begun. However,\u00a0there was a first the cold\u00a0shower when the seven Czech members of ANO bid it farewell, which\u00a0<strong>made the number of members of the Renew Europe group fall to\u00a074.<\/strong>\u00a0Then,\u00a0Volt MEPs confirmed they would not change parliamentary groups in the tenth legislature.
