She was given the post by the EU High Representative for Foreign and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, and is part of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eeas.europa.eu\/eeas\/eeas-high-representative-josep-borrell-announces-senior-nominations-5_en?channel=eeas_press_alerts&amp;date=2024-09-13&amp;newsid=0&amp;langid=en&amp;source=mail\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a broader package of appointments<\/a>. <span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The External Action Service&#8217;s Crisis Response Centre is the single access point for all crisis-related issues in the External Service.
