The French railway operator, <strong>SNCF<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/TERGrandEst\/status\/1844370415235502550\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">communicated<\/a> that circulation should resume around 6 p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hundreds of passengers were forced off the cars due to electrical equipment failure.
