Among the objectives of the seventh instalment, as communicated in a note by the prime minister&#8217;s office, are investments in constructing\u00a0electricity transmission infrastructure, upgrading the fleet of zero-emission buses and trains for regional transport, metropolitan nodes, and major national links.\u00a0Also planned are the redevelopment of many railway stations, cybersecurity measures, the activation of 480 Territorial Operations Centers (COT) to strengthen public health performance, investments in better management of water resources, and the awarding 55 thousand scholarships to deserving underprivileged students for access to university.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Application filed with the European Commission.
