The next tier would be the <strong>Ukrainian army<\/strong>, the third that of<strong> the &#8220;willing.&#8221;<\/strong> At the same time, the final guarantee would be provided by <strong>US aviation<\/strong> (although, so far, <strong>Washington has never agreed to participate)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">While His Majesty&#8217;s Air Force (<strong>RAF<\/strong>) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/news\/2025\/03\/20\/uk-raf-police-skies-above-ukraine-russia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">is reportedly considering<\/a> sending some <strong>fighter aircraft<\/strong> to the aggrieved country, British Prime Minister <strong>Keir Starmer<\/strong> also opened the door to <strong>contributions of a non-military nature<\/strong>, such as through logistical support. As a &#8220;fundamental&#8221; condition for accepting a ceasefire, the Kremlin <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eunews.it\/en\/2025\/03\/19\/putin-doesnt-seem-truly-interested-in-a-truce-in-ukraine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">even demanded<\/a>\u00a0that the Western allies of Kyiv <strong>immediately halt providing military aid<\/strong> (including intelligence sharing), as well as a stop to mobilization in the attacked country.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Negotiations\u00a0<strong>between the United States and Russia<\/strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eunews.it\/en\/2025\/03\/21\/ukraine-russia-to-hold-separate-talks-with-the-us-in-riyadh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">are underway<\/a>\u00a0<strong>in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia,\u00a0<\/strong>after the <strong>US<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>delegation met yesterday with the Ukrainian one<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Leaders of Kyiv-supporting countries are expected in the French capital on Thursday to &#8220;fine-tune&#8221; the plan to protect peace in Ukraine should it be stipulated with the Russian aggressor.
