A similar decision had already been made last fall, when, following suspected Russian sabotage attempts, the <strong>consular facility<\/strong> in the western city of <strong>Poznan<\/strong> was closed. To that move, Moscow had responded <strong>by closing the Polish consulate in St. Petersburg<\/strong>.
