The Protected Geographical Indication &#8220;Strawberry of Basilicata&#8221; recognises strawberries with a deep, bright red colour and a naturally sweet and fruity flavour, typical of the region.<\/span><\/span><\/span>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"it\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The quality of strawberries from Basilicata is the result of the favourable soil and climatic conditions of the geographical areas, as well as the experience of the region&#8217;s farmers, who have a long tradition in growing and using the fruit.
