{"id":452425,"date":"2026-05-06T17:44:13","date_gmt":"2026-05-06T15:44:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eunews.it\/2026\/05\/06\/angelilli-lazio-negoziare-il-prossimo-bilancio-ue-con-le-regioni\/"},"modified":"2026-05-06T19:12:36","modified_gmt":"2026-05-06T17:12:36","slug":"angelilli-lazio-negotiate-the-next-eu-budget-with-the-regions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.eunews.it\/en\/2026\/05\/06\/angelilli-lazio-negotiate-the-next-eu-budget-with-the-regions\/","title":{"rendered":"Angelilli (Lazio): &#8220;Negotiate the next EU budget with the regions&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Brussels \u2013 &#8220;The regions want to continue negotiating&#8221; the European Union\u2019s next multiannual budget &#8220;and, in any case, to make their voices heard loud and clear, because <strong>European resources must be directed towards the regions, citizens, and businesses<\/strong>.&#8221; This was stated by <strong>Roberta Angelilli,<\/strong> Vice-President of the Lazio Region, who, on the sidelines of the Committee of the Regions plenary session in Brussels, reviewed some of the most significant issues for the future of the productive fabric and the management of European funds.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recently appointed rapporteur for the Committee on the so-called &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eunews.it\/en\/2026\/03\/18\/fewer-national-rules-and-a-single-eu-business-model-the-28th-competitiveness-framework-unveiled\/\">28th regime<\/a>&#8220;<\/strong>, she praised this new regulatory instrument aimed at administrative simplification for businesses: &#8220;<strong>A strong initiative to cut red tape<\/strong>&#8221; thanks to a single regulation valid throughout the European Union. &#8220;<strong>Businesses will thus be able to set up within 48 hours and can also be closed&nbsp;within a reasonable and swift timeframe<\/strong>,&#8221; she stated. The system, which focuses on full digitalisation, allowing every procedure to be managed online, is &#8220;<strong>an extraordinary opportunity for start-ups, for innovative businesses, for all businesses that want to operate freely, without obstacles, without bureaucracy within the single market<\/strong>.&#8221;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Alongside the issue of competitiveness, the Vice-President addressed&nbsp;<span style=\"margin: 0px;padding: 0px\"><strong>negotiations on the EU\u2019s next Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF)<\/strong>&nbsp;and the possibility of a single fund that brings<\/span>&nbsp;together sectors as diverse as Cohesion Policy and the CAP.
