The meeting aims to facilitate an exchange of views on the events affecting the Spanish enclave in recent days.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>In addition to Brunner, the mayor of Ceuta, <strong> Juan Jes\u00fas Vivas Lara<\/strong>,<strong> <\/strong> while the Spanish Minister of the Interior,<strong> Fernando Grande-Marlaska<\/strong>,<strong> <\/strong> and the Spanish Minister for Inclusion, Social Security and Migration,<strong> Elma Saiz Delgado<\/strong>, have not yet confirmed their attendance. The meeting will take place entirely online and will be <a href=\"https:\/\/multimedia.europarl.europa.eu\/en\/webstreaming\/committee-on-civil-liberties-justice-and-home-affairs-extraordinary-meeting-morocco-spain-border-sit_20260806-1400-COMMITTEE-LIBE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>streamed<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: normal\">.<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/multimedia.europarl.europa.eu\/en\/webstreaming\/committee-on-civil-liberties-justice-and-home-affairs-extraordinary-meeting-morocco-spain-border-sit_20260806-1400-COMMITTEE-LIBE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>&nbsp;<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p>On Ceuta, \u201cthe situation is far from over,\u201d wrote the European Sovereignists Group (ESN) on its social media channels.
