Brussels \u2013 The President of the European Council, Ant\u00f3nio Costa<\/strong>, is stepping up work on the proposed multiannual financial framework (MFF 2028\u20132034) with the aim of reaching a political agreement by the end of the year. Ahead of the extraordinary leaders\u2019 summit in late November<\/a>, EU sources explain, \u201cover the next two weeks, the Cabinet of the President of the European Council will hold bilateral discussions with delegations from all Member States,<\/strong>\u201d in order to gather everyone\u2019s views on the proposals for new own resources, which are the key to the negotiations.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/p>\n
