Brussels – The euro area’s annual inflation rate stood at 2.4 percent in April 2024, stable compared to March 2024. A year earlier, the rate was 7.0 percent.
The EU annual inflation rate was 2.6 percent in April 2024, stable compared to March 2024. One year earlier, the rate was 8.1 percent.
The data was published by Eurostat, the statistical office of the European Union.
