Brussels – Eurostat confirms the decline in inflation, which fell to 2.4 per cent in the eurozone in March. The European statistical office validates the preliminary estimates released earlier this month. Down by 0.2 percentage points compared to February and, on a general level, closer to the European Central Bank’s reference target of 2 per cent.
