Brussels – Dismiss Google’s appeal and confirm the €4.1 billion record fine imposed by the European Union’s General Court against the web giant: this is the opinion of Advocate General Juliane Kokott, sent today (June 19) to the Court of Justice of the EU, in the dispute that is dragging on since 2018.
