La riforma del sistema bancario Ue per limitare i salari fa infuriare la City di Londra. Il progetto, sostenuto dal Parlamento europeo, vorrebbe mettere un freno ai bonus per i banchieri, e di recente ha ricevuto il sostegno di Francia e Germania. Questo significa che ormai esiste una “chiara maggioranza” per mettere un tetto ai bonus e chiudere il dibattito in tempi brevi, per poi passare ad altre questioni come la riforma delle regole sul capitale bancario.
